About the Contributors

Anoushka Dalvi is an Undergraduate Student majoring in Biochemistry at the University of Washington. Her interests include reading, travelling, and working in the lab.

Vishnupriya Goswami is a Graduate student at the University of Washington in the Department of Asian Languages and Literature. Currently she is writing on the Krishna devotional drama of Rās-līlā of the Braj region, where she grew up. She is also an accomplished Odissi dancer.

Vridhi Manchanda is a Third-Year Undergraduate Student studying Finance and Information Systems at the University of Washington Michael G. Foster School of Business.

Ankita Menon is a recent graduate of the University of Washington, where she studied Biology. For her next steps, she hopes to attend medical school. She is originally from Kerala, India.

Heidi Pauwels is Professor in the department of Asian Languages and Literature with a special interest in Classical Hindi devotional literature, especially songs.

Ananya Tripathi is a first-year student at the University of Washington, studying Computer Engineering with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Music has been a significant part of her life since childhood, as she has studied Hindustani Classical Singing and Kathak, through which she has developed a deep appreciation for Hindi music.
