This article started publication in 2000. It focuses on the fact that dragons are an important image in Eastern and Western mythology. In ancient Greek mythology, the image of the dragon is particularly famous. This article briefly introduces the image of the dragon in Greek mythology and its evolution in movie works. It is concluded that since 2000, with the fusion of Eastern and Western cultures, the image of the dragon in Western films has become diversified and is no longer just a symbol of evil.
