Percy Jackson and the Olympians

Full description
Percy Jackson and the Olympians is a fantasy-adventure book series written by Rick Riordan, released in June of 2005, following the adventures of Percy Jackson, a modern-day demigod. After discovering that he is the son of Poseidon, the Greek god of the sea, Percy finds himself in a world where mythological creatures and Greek gods still exist. In order to prevent the rise of the Titans and the destruction of the modern world, Percy embarks on various quests with Annabeth Chase and Grover Underwood.
Among the series' main characters is Zeus, king of the Olympian gods. His stolen master bolt creates the first book which is called The Lightning Thief, where Percy is accused of stealing it. This accusation is what leads Percy on his first quest to prove that he is innocent and return the bolt to Zeus to prevent a war among the gods. Throughout the series, Zeus’s decisions and actions impact the plot and the challenges Percy faces throughout the series.
