Full description

Replica of the Athena Promachos, a giant bronze statue believed to have stood near the Parthenon in Athens from the multi-platform, open-world game Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey. The game occurs during the war between Athens and Sparta from 431 to 422 BC. Players can visit several historical temples, statues, and landmarks painstakingly recreated by game developers using historical texts and present-day artwork. Developers are said to have used the Pallas Athene Fountain as inspiration for the statue rather than the original Athena Promachos, which is believed to be lost.
