Purpose

• Write down thoughts or design ideas independently/ collaboratively. Post-its can be organized (by thought/color,) and easily moved.
• Synthesize thoughts and conduct sensemaking in an online template.

Facilitation Instructions

• Write down thoughts based on the prompt. Each thought should be written on a separate sticky note.
• Stickies may be grouped to draw out common themes during reflection phase.
