• Educator first & last name
• Educator email
• Title
• School or organization name
• Number of students & grade level
• Number of adults/chaperones

You may also want to consider asking about the following:

• Transportation plans if your campus has limited parking for school busses or a cost to park.
• Photo release forms for educators and students if you plan on using event photos in university marketing and promotional materials.
• More information about the location of the school if you’re planning a virtual event that will reach beyond your local community.
